I purchased this hair dryer at Sally”s. Overall great performance, meeting all the features advertised on the box. I gently used this dryer 5 – 6 times per week for a period of exactly 1y and 11 months. At that time it stop heating and was smoking. I called customer care to see if I was eligible for warranty, luckily the hair dryer was still under the 2Y warranty. I mail a copy of my receipt, and the broken hair dryer with $15 money order, I received a new one whitin few days, no hassle. I’m very pleased with the customer service and the performance of this hair dryer after trying other PRO- brands definitely this is the one for me. Thank you!
