Shipping Policy
Unless you choose a different delivery option, your order will ship via FedEx Ground. We’ll do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible—usually within 2 business days if everything is in stock, and always within 30 days of your order. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll email you right away with an updated delivery date. At that point, you’ll also have the option to cancel your order for a full refund. Please note, once your package has been delivered, Farouk Systems is no longer responsible for the product.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you have fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase to return your product for a refund by contacting FSI’s Customer Service Department as follows:

Warranty
CHI tools include a limited warranty of one (1) to two (2) years with proof of purchase. The warranty period varies by model; please refer to your owner’s manual for the specific coverage duration.
Once you confirm that your tool is within the warranty period, please follow the instructions below to submit for replacement through our warranty program.
Package the tool and included the following:
- A note containing your full name, physical address (no P.O. Boxes), phone number, and a brief description of the issue(s).
- A copy of your receipt showing the place and date of purchase.
- A check or money order for $15.00 USD, payable to Farouk Systems, Inc., to cover shipping and handling. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels and customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
